Who Will Get What? This is an information graphic based on Health Insurance Reform in Three Steps by Nicholas Beaudrot. I thought it would work better in this format, which shows the proportions of people as the thickness of the lines.
If you have updated/more correct numbers post them—I might roll an updated version.

I’ve shared the chart on my facebook page, and it’s received rave reviews.
I’d like to suggest an improvement to the chart:
The House and Senate are proposing major improvements to Medicare, to reduce the "doughnut hole," which is the amount of prescription drug benefits that are uncovered in the Medicare Part D program. Medicaid programs will also see cheaper drugs.
One way to word this would be to change the phrase "No Change" for Medicare/caid to "Coverage Continues; Drug costs decreased.
